Your Rails Move The Feed. AdFury Makes It Sell.
Distributed commerce platforms already normalize taxonomy, reconcile inventory, and route drop-ship orders. AdFury adds the creative supply chain underneath — turning every raw supplier URL into spec-compliant Item Spec 5.0 rich media and multi-ratio display in under 30 seconds per SKU.

The ingestion chokepoint
Your rail moves catalogs fast. It cannot make one worth buying.
Distributed Commerce platforms became the cloud-native middleware that ingests master feeds from DTC storefronts and ERPs, normalizes schema, and syndicates virtual inventory into marketplaces, drop-ship networks, and checkout moments for more than 122,000 brand portfolios. Schema mapping, inventory reconciliation, and order routing are solved. Content enrichment never was — and that is where listing quality scores, ad fill rates, and merchant retention are lost.

The ingestion content quality chokepoint
Your middleware maps text fields, transforms taxonomy, and routes orders flawlessly. The feeds arriving from Shopify, BigCommerce, and supplier ERPs still carry white-background packshots, unstandardized titles, and flat bullets — so the rail delivers dead content to the digital shelf and listing quality scores land low.
The multi-ratio display ad chokepoint
As marketplace rails converge with ad networks, monetization depends on display units brand suppliers rarely provide. Building and resizing creative for 16:9, 1:1, 4:5, 300x250, and 160x600 costs 20+ hours per week per designer, which stalls catalog ad deployment and caps network fill rates.
Production latency and the coverage ceiling
One retailer-compliant Item Spec 5.0 suite or Premium A+ layout takes 4.5 hours of graphic design labor and roughly $350 per SKU. Because that math does not scale, rich media is rationed to 15%–20% of hero items and 80%+ of the syndicated catalog stays unoptimized.
API maintenance debt across 420+ channels
Keeping bi-directional connectors alive consumes 20%–25% of internal R&D purely to patch unannounced taxonomy changes, schema shifts, deprecations, and rate limits imposed by walled-garden retail platforms — engineering that defends the pipe instead of differentiating it.
Live supply signals disconnected from the shelf
Batch polling intervals leave out-of-stock items promoted across external channels and static detail pages unable to react to nil picks. Un-synced campaigns burn 12% to 18% of working ad spend on listings nobody can add to cart, and retailers answer with search ranking penalties.
Agentic shopping disintermediation
Over 70% of consumers already run product discovery through an LLM, and 59% of CPG executives expect autonomous agents to mediate purchases by 2031. Syndicated feeds without JSON-LD microdata and WCAG 2.1 AA rich media never establish inference advantage and go invisible to shopping bots.

Your rail already scrapes the merchant storefront. AdFury turns that same product URL into a complete, spec-compliant listing: studio, lifestyle, and infographic PDP imagery, Item Spec 5.0 rich media modules, and titles written to the destination retailer's taxonomy. Merchants onboard with retail-grade content on day one instead of shipping flat packshots to the digital shelf.

Pre-validation clears pixel density, safe zones, and copy against each network's rules before delivery, so ad fill rates stop depending on whether a brand happened to supply the right size.

The AdFury.ai App
Two engines behind one distributed commerce login
Display creative and digital shelf content run side by side, so the listing your rail syndicates and the ad unit it monetizes are built in the same pass.
Retail Media App
Multi-ratio display generation and pre-validation
The engine that turns a syndicated SKU into every banner your network partners will accept — the step brand suppliers almost never deliver on their own.
- Contextual generative outpaintingBackgrounds expand to 300x250, 160x600, 728x90, 300x600, and every other ratio without cropping, warping, or distorting packaging text and logos.
- API pre-validation before publishPixel density, safe zones, typography, logo clearance, and banned promotional copy clear against network rules, dropping rejections below one percent.
- Transaction-moment and shoppable unitsPost-purchase display, multi-item recipe banners, and category headers render for checkout-moment and Instacart placements alike.
- Inventory-aware ad generationDisplay sets derive from Scintilla streaming feeds, so creative and bids follow live store-level stock instead of a nightly batch file.
- Grouped multi-network initiativesBundle marketplace, retail media, social, and CTV activations into one initiative, including networks your rail cannot connect directly.
- Layered, non-destructive outputBackgrounds, packshots, text overlays, and brand marks stay on separate PSD and SVG layers, so an edit never means a regeneration.
Digital Shelf App
Item Spec 5.0 rich media and PDP imagery
The enrichment half: everything a supplier feed arrives without, generated from the product URL and published without a human in the loop.
- PDP imagery from a product URLStudio, lifestyle, seasonal, and infographic imagery renders at 2K and 4K with packaging realism held intact — no photoshoot, no hallucinated logos.
- Retailer rich media middlewarePurpose-built for Walmart OmniSpec and Item Spec 5.0, Amazon Premium A+, and Target Plus, so published modules stay live automatically.
- Accessible interactive modulesWCAG 2.1 AA comparison tables, 360 spinners, feature carousels, and FAQs that load in under two seconds and cut returns by 20%.
- Bulk catalog enrichmentTitles, descriptions, attributes, and imagery refresh across thousands of syndicated SKUs and every destination retailer at once.
- GEO-ready catalog exportJSON-LD schemas, technical taxonomies, and ARIA metadata attach on the way out, so listings hold citation authority with shopping agents.
- Listing health scoringGlance views, traffic, and add-to-cart lift tracked in custom windows, proving the enrichment moved the listing quality score.
Integration
Partner for the engine instead of building it
Retailer-compliant layout software is expensive to build and unrewarding to maintain. AdFury is engineered to be embedded, so when a merchant connects a storefront to your rail, the enrichment call happens inside onboarding rather than on a roadmap.
- REST API and MCP server endpointsCall api.adfury.ai/v1 from inside your ingestion pipeline, or expose MCP endpoints so a merchant's conversational copilot can trigger generation itself — "extract all cruelty-free skincare SKUs and publish to Target Plus with compliant rich media."
- Upstream PIM, DAM, and ERP bridgeAdFury sits as retail middleware between master repositories like Salsify, Akeneo, and Syndigo, merchant storefronts on Shopify and BigCommerce, and the retail endpoints downstream — so the feeds you already ingest become generation inputs.
- Multi-tenant silos and white-labelingEvery merchant brand gets its own account, catalog, kit, guidelines, and legal policy. Output downloads in high fidelity with no AdFury marking, behind two-factor authentication and the access rules you set.
- Usage-based creative ARR tiersPrice rendered rich media modules and display suites at $15–$35 while merchants save 88% against a design retainer — margin expansion past 80% on your side of the invoice, with the AI compute cost on ours.

- Transaction-moment and post-purchase units built for checkout-moment monetization

- Title, description, and attribute normalization for listing quality score recovery
- Bulk refreshes across thousands of syndicated SKUs and every destination retailer
- JSON-LD and ARIA metadata applied so listings stay legible to shopping agents
Implementation roadmap
How enrichment goes live inside your rail
Reposition the commercial value proposition
Move the platform story off commoditized tabular feed management. Position the rail as a full-funnel creative commerce engine that guarantees every syndicated brand onboards with compliant Item Spec 5.0 rich media, recovered listing quality scores, and GEO-ready semantic schemas.
Embed api.adfury.ai/v1 into the ingestion pipeline
Wire the enrichment call into merchant onboarding. Incoming product URLs are scraped automatically, spec-compliant modules and multi-ratio display sets generate in under 30 seconds, and assets deliver server-to-server to the destination retail console.
Monetize usage-based creative ARR tiers
Introduce metered pricing at $15–$35 per rendered rich media module or display suite. Software gross margin expands past 80% while merchants still cut production cost 88% against a manual design retainer.
Deploy Model Context Protocol endpoints
Stand up MCP server endpoints so conversational copilots — yours or a merchant's own LLM agents — can query the catalog and trigger generation programmatically instead of clicking through your UI.
Synchronize ad bidding with streaming inventory
Link Scintilla-style operational telemetry directly to catalog syndication and the creative engine, so campaign bids throttle and PDP modules substitute automatically when store-level inventory dips below a safety threshold.
A complete solution
The operations layer under every merchant you syndicate
Tenant partitioning, catalog syncing, brand compliance, measurement, and billing arrive together, so none of it becomes a ticket on your backlog.
Semantic brand profiling
Onboard a merchant brand from a website link, with logos, colors, and identity captured as structured JSON-LD microdata for agentic commerce.
Automated WCAG compliance
Upload guidelines once so every generation clears accessibility rules, drastically reducing retail platform rejection rates.
Headless catalog synchronization
Connect a retailer and product data syncs automatically, so new items and listing changes flow into generation without manual taxonomy work.
Layered, non-destructive files
Backgrounds, packshots, copy, and brand marks stay on separate PSD and SVG layers, so an edit never triggers a full regeneration.
Headless creative asset manager
Hold merchant imagery in a DAM with no API dependency and inject it into automated multi-ratio generations on demand.
Secure retail media brand silos
Brand data stays visible only to the users you explicitly allow, with two-factor authentication protecting every login.
Forty-plus platform ingestion
Normalize fragmented retail, social, display, and CTV data through auto-mapped uploads wherever no API exists.
JSON-LD and ARIA metadata
Structured microdata and WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility attach on export, keeping syndicated listings citable by shopping agents.
Streaming inventory linkage
Store-level stock feeds drive creative substitution and bid throttling, so working media never runs against an unavailable item.
Ash, your agentic commerce assistant
Ash reads campaigns and creative, then returns recommendations your merchants can act on inside their own console.
Agentic testing and recommendations
Run custom test groups and receive LLM-driven guidance on which headless creative assets to scale immediately.
Item Spec 5.0 health scoring
Track traffic and add-to-cart lift in custom windows to prove a catalog enhancement paid for itself.
Custom retail media visualization
Configure dashboards per merchant to present normalized media data without rebuilding reporting per network.
Unified commerce billing
Payments, seats, and invoices consolidate in one dashboard, with ad spend tracked against normalized retail media ROAS.
Streaming telemetry alerts
Real-time notifications on inventory changes and Item Spec 5.0 approvals keep reviewers moving from a single hub.
